1. Introduction
Welcome to Essentials by Tanya (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our spa services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, effective July 1, 2025.

2. Non-Medical Facility
Essentials by Tanya provides wellness and beauty services for relaxation, aesthetic, and wellness purposes only. We are not a medical clinic and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice prior to using our services.

3. Consultation & Medical Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using our facilities or services, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have allergies. Essentials by Tanya is not liable for any medical complications or adverse reactions.

4. Bookings & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment.
  • Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a forfeiture of payment.

5. Pricing & Payments
All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Taxes apply where required by law.

6. Health & Sanitation

  • All equipment, tools, and facilities are sanitized after every use to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Clients are required to adhere to our health and safety guidelines, including proper use of facilities.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if health and safety concerns arise.

7. Liability Waiver
By using our facilities and services, you agree that:

  • You do so at your own risk.
  • Essentials by Tanya is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from your use of our services.
  • You indemnify us against any claims resulting from your failure to disclose relevant health information or follow our guidelines.

8. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 1 month from the purchase date.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed for eligible services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Packages must be used within the stipulated time frame or as specified upon purchase.

9a. Intellectual Property
All content, including website, brochures, and promotional materials that are the exclusive property of Essentials by Tanya are Unauthorized for reproduction or distribution.

9b. Image Disclaimer

The images displayed on essentialsbytanya.gold may include content sourced from public platforms such as Pinterest and other online sources. These images are provided solely for illustrative and inspirational purposes to showcase ideas, concepts, and styles.

We do not claim ownership of any images sourced from external platforms. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
